Vince is a Co-Founder of Medtract Equipment Solutions. Vince was previously an investor at H.I.G. Capital, where he focused on industrials, business services, and healthcare. While at H.I.G., Vince was a Board Member at Cardinal Logistics Management, DazPak Flexible Packaging, Iron Bow Healthcare Solutions, and Iron Bow Technologies. Prior to H.I.G., Vince was in Investment Banking at Wells Fargo in their Industrials and Structured Products groups.

Nate Cohen

Nate Cohen

Nate is a Co-Founder of Medtract Equipment Solutions. Previously, Nate was an investor at THL Partners in their Healthcare Private Equity group and at Norwest Venture Partners in their Healthcare Growth Equity group. In these roles, Nate was a Board Member or Observer at several companies, including Headlands Research, Care Hospice, Kyo, Playground Pediatrics, and HighFive Healthcare. Nate began his career in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan in their Healthcare and Equity Capital Markets groups.

Welles Harris

Welles is a Co-Founder of Medtract Equipment Solutions and an MBA Candidate at Harvard Business School. Welles was previously an investor at Veritas Capital, where he evaluated investments across the Healthcare and Business Services industries. While at Veritas, Welles was a Board Observer at Coronis Health, Gainwell Technologies, and Candescent. Prior to Veritas, Welles was in Investment Banking at Bank of America in their Healthcare group and Wells Fargo in their Industrials group.
